ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION

What is the order minimum?
Our order minimum is $300. Daniel Design Studio will charge a $40 fee on orders totaling less than $300.

How do I place an order?
Orders are placed on line and a 50% deposit (non-refundable) will be charged before production starts.
Please review your order for accuracy. All sales are final.
All product remains the property of Daniel Design Studio until paid in full. A 2% monthly interest will be charged on all overdue accounts.
Balance will be charged when order is ready to ship.

When will my order ship?
Standard and custom Daniel Design Studio items are made-to-order and ship in 4-6 weeks (FOB Toronto). Bedding Basics, can ship faster. Customer Service will contact you if shipping for your order is expected to exceed our standard lead time.

How much does it cost to ship within the continental United States?
Standard-sized shipments are sent via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. The shipping cost for prepaid and credit card orders is based on weight and size but will not exceed 15% of your total order cost. Orders that are not prepaid (terms) are charged FedEx shipping rates. Bulk and oversized shipments will ship freight via a common carrier and will be quoted by order.

RETURN POLICY
All orders are cut to order with no returns. We stand behind our product 100% and if there are any damages they must be reported within 48 hours. The problem will be resolved and a replacement with be sent as soon as possible.
